Turner, Jr. Project is to seed, fertilize and mulch approximately 63 acres (approximately 44 miles) of roadbed on gated timber sale access roads to reduce sedimentation potential and improve watershed conditions. Seeding will be done by rangeland drill. Straw mulch will be used. The roads to be seeded are located about 8 miles north of Centennial, Wyoming, Medicine Bow National Forest, Albany and Carbon Counties, Wyoming. Anticipated issue date for solicitation package is June 13, 1995. Contract time is 26 calendar days. This requirement is a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.(0144)
