Provide registered x-ray technician services, the provider shall render assistance to the radiologist in the performance of special fluoroscopic, arthrogram, and ultra-sound examinations/radiograms and perform independent, routine, diagnostic radiograms on an as needed basis when requested by institution medical staff for the inmate population located at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Oxford, WI. The estimated services shall be four hours per session with seven sessions per week. Time frame for services is October 1, 1995 to September 30, 1996. (142)
