NON PERSONAL SERVICE: Provide solvent, solvent recycling service, and maintenance of contractor-furnished parts cleaning equipment. Service is required for 29 circulating and 1 immersion-type cleaners to be installed at 15 different locations at Fort Sill. Equipment is to be serviced every 6 weeks. Solvent shall be new or recycled (naphtha) hydrocarbon base (Type II Stoddard), Chlorinated solvents shall not be used. Flash point shall not be less than 140 degrees F. Threshold limit value (TLV) shall not be less than 100 parts per million (PPM). Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and holding all necessary licenses and permits; and shall comply with any applicable federal, state, local and installation environmental laws, codes and regulations in connection with the performance of all work.
