The awarded contractor shall provide services consisting of the leasing and maintenance of uniforms for approximately 550 employees of th US Soldiers' & Airmen's Home (USSAH), Washington, DC. Uniforms are to be provided and maintained for employees in the occupational areas of food services, health care and medical services, security services, custodial services and industrial services. Uniforms are to be provided on the basis of five (5) uniforms per employee per workweek. Written requests for this solicitation should be mailed/faxed to the above address. Each request must include the following information: (a) the full name of the company, (b) full mailing address, (c) name of person to contact, (d) phone number, (e) fax number, (f) Federal Employers Tax Number and (g) size of business. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 14 June 1995 @ 10:00 am (local time). Solicitation packages will be available on or about 30 May 1995.
