A total of nine (9) dumpsters shall be provided to different locations at the WRC facility, and shall be emptied once a week on Thursday. The dumpsters shall be new or in a good state of repair and have securable lids and/or doors. The Period of Performance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996.
