Presolicitation is requested for project to install packaged condensing units and remote mounted fan coil units, oil fired furnaces, duct heater and associated piping, electrical, controls/sensors. Work includes demolition of existing systems to include asbestos insulated fittings and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1711; the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $75,000 and $150,000. Anticipated performance time is 180 calandar days. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be available on or about 25 July 1995, until supply is exhausted.
