Conaway, Contracting Officer, (816)426-7267, ext. 232 Furnish all labor, material, equipment and each and every item of expense for site preparation and utilities relocations to be accomplished at the site of the Weather Forecast Office at the Julian Carroll Airport, Breathitt County, Kentucky. Work includes but is not limited to utility demolition, earthwork, installation and connection of Government furnished equipment, relocation and coordination of connections of public utilities service lines, drilling and developing new water well, capping existing water well, relocation and installation of fence, removal of an office trailer, removal of existing underground diesel fuel tank and water cistern, and replacement of existing HVAC condenser units. The estimated project cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work is projected to begin approximately August 95 and to be completed 60 days later. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This is a total small business set- aside. SIC Code 1542 applies.
