Fawcett; Sr. Subcontract Administrator; (510) 423-2117 The University of California, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, seeks sources to provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, construction equipment, testing equipment and like items to perform civil and electrical work, including but not limited to, construction of approximately 4,200 lineal feet of concrete encased duct bank; installation of vaults; furnishing and installation of grounding, wiring, modifications and testing of University-furnished equipment and 13.8 kV switchgear currently in operation; and installation and termination of approximately 480,000 lineal feet of University-furnished 15 kV power cable in existing duct banks. Interested firms should respond with a description of qualifications with respect to the foregoing or related fields. Davis-Bacon wages will prevail for all work performed on site. Subcontractor must possess valid California State Contractors License at time of bid. The small business size standard applicable to the proposed acquisition is $17 million. Firms qualifying as a small business with respect to this standard should so state.
