The project consists of furnishing manpower, all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to remove several of the present deteriorated precast concrete fascia and screen panels that occur at the second floor roof, east (Plankinton Avenue) ramp, circular ramp, and west (6th Street) ramp. New precast concrete panels to match the existing are to replace the panels removed. Work also includes sandblasting and coating of existing weld plates, removal and replacement of roofing and counterflashing, removal and replacement of all sealants in the existing panel joints, and new stainless steel coping on the west (6th Street) ramp. The estimated cost range is between $550,000 and $660,000. Interest Contractors may schedule walk-throughs between June 14 and 16, 1995.
