Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation to perform the collection and disposal of garbage, refuse and trash from Government furnished containers (sizes are refuse and trash from Government furnished containers (sizes are 8 CY, 40 CY and 42 CY), at various locations at Naval Support Activity Memphis and Navy Hospital, Millington, Tennessee, for a period of one (1) year commencing 1 October 1995. The Government has the option to extend the contract for up to an additional 4 years. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB Concerns should notify this office in writing, of their intention of bid the project as Prime Contractor as early as possible but no later than 30 May 1995. This notification MUST include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB Concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
