Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) The contractor will be required to remove existing shingle roofing, salvage edge roofing, roll roofing, underlayment, and metal edge strip from the roofs down to the bare wood deck of eight buildings. The existing roofs on the storage sheds shall remain and no work shall be done on these roofs. Replace deteriorated roof sheathing, trim, facia, soffit, and framing members. New lumber shall be used to replace deteriorated lumber. The existing gutters shall be removed and new 0.032 inch aluminum gutters with white baked enamel factory finish surface shall be installed. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1761, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $$7 million. Estimated range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Project funding is subject to availability. All responsible sources may request a bid by submitting a non-refundable charge in the amount of $25.00.
