The work will include interior and exterior painting of the following types of surfaces: ceilings, walls, floors, doors, door frames, window sash, cabinets, shelves, stairs, railings, trim, piping, ductwork, wood and metal work, gutters and down spouts, window sash reglazing, and other associated work and/or materials as required and incidental related work. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 per cent set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
