This is a general outline of the work to be performed and does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment required to fulfill the intent of the specifications that will be part of the solicitation. The work consist of the installation of new energy control and monitoring systems for building 735, 750, & 751 at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N Y. The work shall consist of removal of existing pneumatic controls panels and replacement of same by local data gathering panels (DGP's). ALL components shall match the hardware and software of Williams Electric whose DDC control is being extended to the above referenced buildings. The issue date will be on or about 17 July 95, with a Bid Opening Date of on or about 30 Aug 95. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
