Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Renovate Hallways, Lobby and Media Center at Lincoln Elementary School. Media Center will be converted into Administrative Area, requiring new doors, redesign of storefront window system, some electrical work, partitions and finishes. Lobby and Hallways involve finish work, such as carpeting, base, painting and ceiling tiles. Sitework involves removal of existing sidewalks and seeding and sowing of same area. The period of performance is 150 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This project is subject to the availability of funds. A copy may be obtained by submitting a non-refundable charge of $25.00 in the form of a money order, certified or cashier's check made payable to the Defense Accounting Office.
