Jennings, (716)344-3308 Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work required for Project No. 513-057, Expand Pharmacy at VA Medical Center in Batavia, New York. The work, which will be performed on a phased schedule, involves construction of a new 2800 SF addition and renovation of the existing 2800 SF pharmacy area. Project work shall include, but is not limited to, general construction, demolition, asbestos removal, and providing new construction systems such as HVAC system, sprinkler security system, and power and lighting systems. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC Code 1542 applies. Performance period is 270 calendar days. A 90 calendar day acceptance period is required. Bid packages are limited to one copy per requestor. Copies will be furnished on a first-come, first-served basis. All requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing.
