The project is for the complete removal of the tanks, tank contents, and all appurtenances, and site restoration at Hancock Field, Syracuse, New York. The proposed magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation DAHA30-95-B-0008 will be issued approximately on 05 June 1995, with an estimated bid opening date of 06 July 1995. The performance time for this project is scheduled for 59 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The location of the project is the 174th FW, New York Air National Guard Base, 5001 E. Molloy Road, Hancock Field, Syracuse, New York. It is required that all responding bidders identify in writing whether they will be bidding as prime or subcontractors.
