Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment and perform all work to demolish and remove all of buildings 143 and 187, including asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, concrete pads, concrete pits, concrete trenches and all foundations. Building is 1 1,949 sq ft, one story steel frame and concrete masonry building with ceramic coated steel panels and reinforced concrete. Building 187 is a 3,595 sq ft one story steel frame and concrete masonry building with ceramic coated steel panels and reinforced concrete foundations. Contractor shall remove the underground storage tanks (USTS) and ancillary piping at Building 143. The USTs to be removed include (3) 10,000 gallon steel tanks containing MOGAS (unleaded regular and unleaded supreme gasoline). The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
