The United States Military Academy requires removal and replacement of Slate and Metal Roofing at the Band Quarters, Buildings 421 and 422, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. Work to include removal of existing slate roofing shingles, underlayment and metal ridges. Additional work includes lead-based paint abatement, asbestos containing materials abatement, repointing of brickwork, removal and replacement of wood fascias, soffit and trim members. The value of this solicitation is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation to be issued on/about 25 June 1995. Requests will be accepted from all qualified sources.
