Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the drilling, construction and testing of a new irrigation well at a site about 10 miles east of the city of Moxee, Washington, in accordance with the specifications. Funds are not presently available for this project. When funding becomes available the solicitation package will be issued. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
