16 -- AN/ALR-67E(V)2 OPERATIONAL FLIGHT PROGRAM UPDATE POC Contact, Daniel C. Nielsen, Phone (703)604-6100 NAVAIR intends to procure an update of the Operational Flight Program (OFP) to the AN/ALR-67E(V)2. The update (OFP23) will incorporate the integration of the F/A-18 E/F with ALE-50 and any Software Trouble Reports (STRs) not incorporated into OFP22. The government intends to award a sole source order to Litton, ATD, 4747 Hellyer Ave, P.0. Box 7012, San Jose, CA 95150-7012 under an existing BOA. Litton, ATD, as the developer and manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67E(V)2 system hardware and software, is the only contractor with the requisite capabilities and specialized knowledge to provide the required supplies in accordance with established delivery requirements. - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40102-95.
