The Stat Lab within the Dept. of Pathology, Tripler Army Medical Center Hawaii, has a requirements for an estimated quantity of 300 kits of Serum/Urine HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) test kits, and (6) boxes of Serum Control set 4 x 10ml for the determination of HCG in serum or urine, using (2) monoclonal antibodies to react with (2) different regions of HCG molecule. Tests requires less than (6) steps for completion. In addition, the product shall have a minimum of (6) months shelf life upon receipt. Delivery shall be FOB destination within (4) working days ARO. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price requirements contract for the base year 1 Oct 95 - 30 Sep 96 with (4) year options. The supplies to be furnished will be ordered as needed on a delivery ordered issued against the contracting office. Therefore, the quantities contained herein are estimates only and are not purchased by the resulting contract. The proposed solicitation contained herein is unrestricted and will be issued o/c 26 Jun 95 and to close 26 Jul 95.
