65 -- EVALUATION AND THERAPY SYSTEM SOL DAKF40-95-R-0017 DUE 071295 POC Contract Specialist, TISHER RAYE EXT 229, (910)396-4362 This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Cedaron Medical, Incorporated, for an Evaluation and Therapy System consisting of an Evaluation and Therapy Center, a Portable Hand Testing Workstation, a Digital Image Processing Center and an Upper Extremity Accessory Set for delivery to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, under the authority of FAR 6.302. Responsible sources may respond to this announcement and submit information identifying their capability to provide a system that will meet the specified requirements. This information will be considered only if clear and convincing evidence that the interested sources can meet the requirements of the Government. This document shall include technical and pricing information. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Notes 1 and 22.(0145)
