POC Procurement Technicians (303) 497-3221 The NIST/Electromagnetic
Technology Division and the Electromagnetic Fields Division has a
requirement for a cryogenic microwave probe station. The cryogenic
probe station will comprise a system capable of measuring
superconducting and non-superconducting microwave devices and circuits
using standard wafer-probing techniques at cryogenic temperatures and
in an easy-to-use configuration. The probe station will consist at
least of the following: a vacuum sealed chamber with an internal cold
stage capable of cooling a 3 inch wafer; continuous flow cooling system
attached to cold stage with temperature control; XYZ manipulators for
two (2) 40 GHz bandwidth probes for on wafer probing fixtured for low
temperature operation, and all necessary accessories for standard wafer
probe measurements at cryogenic temperatures including microwave probes
and cables, optical microscope, windows, and heat shields. (0145) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0371 19950526\66-0004.SOL)
