Requirement is for a Multispectral Radiometer System to acquire underwater optics measurements in the marine environment. The system shall be designed so that the in-water components are positioned at least 75 meters from the survey vessel to avoid ship shadow. The basic delivery shall consist of one profiling radiometer, and in-water surface reference radiometer, data acquisition equipment, deck equipment and documentation. The subsequent contract will include options for spare parts/components, maintenance/calibration, repairs/system modifications, and technical support through fiscal year 2000. The solicitation will issue on or about 9 June 95. The required delivery date is 90 - 120 days after award. All responsible sources submitting proposals in accordance with the solicitation will be considered for award.
