CH2M HILL under its ARCSWEST contract No. 68-W9-0031 with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting interested parties to provide services at the Wyckoff/Eagle Harbor Superfund Site on Bainbridge Island in Kitsap County, Washington to construct a trailer court facility for temporary office, laboratory, decontamination, and storage spaces to accommodate ongoing and future site remediation efforts. This trailer court arrangement will be in a constructed ``clean zone'' and will include construction of the following utilities: gravity sewer collection system; septic tank and pump system; septic drainfield, water supply piping, electrical conduit, conductor, and transformers; and telephone service. The successful subcontractor shall be responsible for providing its own temporary office and decontamination facilities and its own individual phone service. CH2M HILL will provide electricity, water, and wastewater disposal services to the contractor. Bidders will be required to certify that its field employees are health and safety trained and be required to provide documentation of meeting WISHA requirements for entry and work at a Superfund site.
