CZECH REPUBLIC: ETHYLALCOHOL The following notification has been received in GATT Document TBT/Notification G/95.138 dated 8 May 1995. 1. Member to agreement notifying: Czech Republic. Title and number of pages of the notified document: The Government Proposal Of Principles Of Spirit Act And Of Amendments To Some Other Laws (26 pages). 6. Description of content: the proposal of the principles specifies the requirements on spirit production, storage, registration and distribution. It lays down the obligation to notify to the authorities of handling the spirit, I.E. starting and finishing its seasonal production, the amount of spirit produced, amount of losses during production and distribution. It determines the penalties for non-observing the provisions of the law. It proposes amendments to: Trade Act 255/1991 Coll., in the later wording; Law 587/1992 colt., on consumer taxes, in the later wording; Law 337/1992 coll., on taxes and rates management, in the later wording; Law 63/1950 coll., on TABAC, salt, and spirit management and on repeal of financial monopoly. 7.
