MILLS, (202)260-6302 The Office of Policy Planning and Evaluation (OPPE), Global Climate Change Division and the Office of Policy Analysis have a requirement for a sole source extension of existing contract no. 68-W2-0018 with ICF, Inc. 9300 Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22031 for Technical and Analytical Support Evaluating Implications of Global Climate Changes in the following areas: emissions of greenhouse gases, effectiveness of technical option for controlling greenhouse gas emissions, analyses of domestic and global strategies for limiting and adapting to global atmospheric changes, technical and policy/planning support for developing countries and Eastern Europe, analysis of opportunities for state, local, and private sector mitigation or adaptation, assessment of the benefits from averting climate change, international effects of global climate change, domestic effects of global climate change, effects of stratospheric ozone depletion and technical options for protecting the ozone layer, and atmospheric and ocean sciences. This extension will enable the Government to continue these services until several competitive contracts currently in process are awarded. This cost-plus fixed fee/level of effort contract will be extended for a base period of six months, plus one three-month option.
