Single award term contract for the period Oct 1, 1995 through Sept 30, 1996. HQ Air Reserve Personnel Center, Denver, seeks a publisher with an established advertising base (preferably national) for two publications. The first publication is 50 pgs (min) to 60 pgs (max) of editorial material entitled the ``ARPC Reserve Personnel Fact Sheets,'' which is distributed once annually to approximately 205,000 Air National Guardmens and Air Force Reservists worldwide. The Fact Sheets is a reference publication which provides information on assignments, promotions, pay, entitlements and benefits and other career management subjects to Reservists/Guardsmen stationed worldwide. The second publication is 24 pgs (min) to 30 pgs (max) of editorial material entitled the ``IMA Update'' newsletter. It is distributed once every other month to approximtely 25,000 Individual Reservists, recruiters and other military members worldwide (this is the primary publication the USAF Reserve uses to communicate personnel news to Individual Reservists which includes physicians, lawyers, engineer, chaplains, and other professionals). Specifications for both publication (8 1/2 x 11-inch) cover printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Contractor agrees to bear all costs and expenses of publishing, and all proceeds from the sale of advertisements belong to the publisher. The government will furnishcamera-ready copy, print orders, pre-screened and continuous tone photos, illustrations/graphics, and Cheshire mailing labels. Contractor is to affix these labels to individual copies for mailing under a separategovernment-furnished mailing permit and also to packages for multiple-copy mailings. The government must review all advertising before publication. Interested parties have two weeks to respond.
