The work includes the site preparation and construction of a new fire training facility consisting of a 100- foot diameter burn area, a water conservation pond, a safety/control stand, propane piping system, installation of a water line and electrical service, a fabricated steel airplane mock-up and incidental related work. NOTICE: The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB Concerns should notify this office in writing, Attn: Code 0212RS of their intention to bid the project as Prime Contractor as early as possible but no later than 12 JUNE 1995. Your notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
