No. G251-08344, Duck Lane Road, begins at a point at or near the
southwest corner of Section 22, T15N, R25E, Adair County, Oklahoma and
extends easterly approximately 0.742 miles to a point at or near the
intersection with U. S. 59 highway. This project consists of grade,
drain, pipe culvert installations, constructing a 6'' aggregate base,
4'' thick asphaltic concrete paving, fencing, seeding, signing, and
striping on 0.742 miles of roadway. The estimated cost of this project
is between $300,000 and $700,000. Request bid documents after June 17,
1995. The request should be accompanied with a $100.00 (non-refundable)
cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the
``Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma'' Roads and Transportation Dept., P.O.
Box 948, Tahlequah, OK 74465-0948. Bid opening will be held on Friday,
July 28, 1995 at 10:00 A.M. Drawings may be viewed at the following

Tahlequah, OK 74465 after June 16, 1995. All responsible sources may
submit an offer. Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) and
41 CFR 14-1.354 requires preference opportunities in employment and
training be given to Indian/Alaska Native Individuals and that
