Specifically the job consists of mobilizing; cleaning and repainting interior wet surfaces; spot cleaning and topcoating interior dry surfaces; cleaning and repainting complete exterior surface. Work also includes repairing access tube; installing new light brackets, fixture, chlorination line, vent port, freeze vent, condensate ceiling manhole cover, inlet/outlet pipe, and ladders; modifying valve vault piping, safety rails, extending overflow pipe, cleaning up, and demobilizing. Estimated price range of job is $250,001 to $500,000. Job site is in Navajo State Park, adjacent to Navajo Reservoir, 2 miles south of Arboles, Colorado, in Archuleta County.
