Y -- FLUSH TOILET COMFORT STATION SOL SOL R6-9-95-15 DUE 071995 POC Contact 360-956-2300 The project consists of the following major items of work: Furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of a six fixture flush toilet comfort station at the location of the existing lower comfort station in Willaby Campground on the Quinault Ranger District, Grays Harbor County, Washington. Included is the removal and disposal of the existing comfort station; excavation and backfill for the building; site grading, including the construction of exterior steps, access trails, paving, revegetation and other incidental exterior work as shown in the plans; all materials, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and concrete work necessary to provide a complete building; preservation of the sewerage control panel and control cables; and all incidental work to provide a complete, functional flush toilet facility. Estimated start work is 9/15/95. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Government price range is between S25,000 and S100,000. Bonding is required. This project is 100% set-aside for labor-surplus area concerns. (0145)
