Furnish all labor and materials necessary to remodel one flush toilet comfort station to ADA accessibility standards, including the replacement of all potable water pipes within the building and replacement of designated plumbing fixtures. One base bid item with option to add up to three additional items. Project is located on the Hood Canal Ranger District, Grays Harbor County, Washington. Estimated start work is 9/15/95. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Government price range is between S100,000 and S250,000. Bonding is required. This project is 100% set-aside for labor-surplus area concerns. (0145)
