abandoned 5,000 gallon underground storage tank, removal of
approximately 1,400 gallons of water, sludge, removal and disposal of
approximately 525 cubic yards of contaminated soil, removal of
associated piping, backfill, concrete pavement installation, and site
restoration. Also included is the removal of active 6,000 gallon and
550 gallon underground storage tanks, tank accessories and the removal
and disposal of contaminated soil and water. New work on this project
is to include the installation of a 6,000 gallon and 1,000 gallon
above ground, concrete encased storage tank and accessories, and the
upgrading of an existing 2,000 gallon underground storage tank to meet
the latest DCMR title 20 Regulations. The Estimated Cost Range is
between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799.
The Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. The proposed contract
listed here is unrestricted and open for participation to all
