CDX plywood or to match existing type and size, install new shingle roof, underlayment and aluminum flashing, remove, clean and reinstall existing gutters and downspouts as required, repair gutters as specified and remove and reinstall all ridge vents. Bid opening date listed is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. Performance time is 120 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
