A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Specifications will be provided in the solicitation document. Delivery is FOB destination to Virginia Beach, VA. Exact closing of the solicitation and required delivery time will be specified in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Only written or facsimile request will be accepted.
