58 -- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SOL ATD-124-JFM-95/0741 POC Contact, James F. Mitchell, 205/544-6094 Computer Sciences Corporation(CSC) intends to negotiate with N.E.T. Federal, on a sole source basis for full Hardware/Software Maintenance support for all Integrated Digital Network Exchange(IDNX) equipment in use in support of NASA Prime Contract NAS8-60000. The period of performance will be one(1) each - twelve(12) month base period with options for additional twelve(12) month periods. Support shall include twenty-four(24) hour a day x seven(7) day a week telephonic and field engineering technical support and assistance for hardware and software problems; full parts and labor hardware support; and twenty-four(24) hour disaster node establishment in the event of catastrophic failure. Support will be required in the Continental United States and Russia. -- Interested persons have fifteen(15) days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities(i.e. technical specifications, brochures and price lists) in the critical areas previously referenced.
