The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA plans to procure a satellite RF signal source, jammer, and workstation. The system will generate Global Positioning System satellite signals as part of a real time closed loop missile simulation. The system must change satellite signal delay, doppler and jamming parameters, in real time, in response to customer's external inputs. The signal source must be capable of generating Anti-Spoofing/Selective Availability (AS/SA) signals. The work station, jammer and signal source must be fully compatible with each other, in regards to RF, communications interfaces and software. The workstation must have an ethernet interface in order to be compatible with an existing real time missile simulation computer. The offeror's system must have NAVSTAR GPS JOINT PROGRAM OFFICE (JPO) approval for DOD operational use before proposal is submitted. The contractor will deliver (FOB destination) and install at the Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, CA by 1 December 1995.
