Janilea Bays, Contracting Officer (202) 767-6745. This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract on a 100% set-aside basis for small business concerns. NRL has a requirement for technical services to support NRL's Central Target Simulator Operations, Flight Operations, and Software and Special Projects in the fields of countermeasures development, effectiveness of Naval Electronic Warfare Systems, captive-carry simulator data-recovery systems, simulation-technology base, Electronic Warfare program management, military electronic-warfare system analysis support programs, as well as simulator system upgrade development and integration. These major portion of tasks will be performed at NRL. The successful contractor will be required to have a Top Secret facility clearance and personnel eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term type contract is anticipated. The statement of work will be included with the solicitation package. The period of performance is for 3 months from contract award plus an additional nine month option. Numbered Note 1 is applicable to this synopsis.
