Architect design services on an as-needed basis for design work on facilities projects throughout Region 1 of the Forest Service. Work will include all professional services necessary to complete construction contract documents. One-year contract period from date of award, with an option for an additional one-year period. It is anticipated that more than one contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement. The cost range is estimated not to exceed S100,000 for each one-year peroid.
