NY. A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 am on June 1, 1995
at 130 Livingston Street, Conference Room 3&4, 6th Floor, Brooklyn, NY
11201. Consultants shall have experience in implementing PeopleSoft
Human Resource and Benefit Administration applications using Oracle on
a Hewlett Packard UX platform. Selection of the Consultant will be
made based on the following criteria: experience of the firm working
with PeopleSoft software package in terms of fit analysis,
installation, customization using People Tools and People Code and
implementation using Oracle on a HP/UX platform and training of
function staff; experience of the firm working in Human Resources
environments as complex as that of NYCTA; experience of the personnel
working with the PeopleSoft software package in terms of fit analysis,
installation, customization using People Tools and People Code and
implementation using Oracle on a HP/UX platform and training of
functional staff; experience of the personnel working in Human
Resources environments as complex as that of NYCTA; experience of the
personnel working with project management software used to control
large, complex projects; cost analysis (labor, overhead and profit);
quality of written proposal and oral presentation, if any, with regard
to the work and all matters called for in the RFP; project manning
including subconsultants; past performance on projects to design and
implement PeopleSoft for other firms of similar size and complexity as
NYCTA; compliance with all requirements as represented in the RFP and
the terms and conditions of the proposed Agreement. All inquiries must
be received by the Authority by June 5, 1995. All proposals are due on
June 13, 1995. The Authority intends to select a proposer or proposers
with which to enter into negotiations by July 7, 1995. Proposers will
be fully responsible for the delivery of their submissions in a timely
manner. Reliance upon the U.S. Mail or other carriers is at the
