The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation and management necessary to operate, maintain and repair emergency generators at various buildings. Information Management's Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) at Bldg. C-3 and all associated equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation. The work includes the performance of emergency and routine service work; preventive maintenance and inspection; operational checks; and minor repairs. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 1731. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted, open to large and small business concerns. IFB's will be issued on/about May 29, 1995. Performance period will be 365 days from date of award. The contract contains four (12) month option periods which may be exercised by the Government.
