The Contractor shall provide one time cleaning, testing and air balance the Heating, Ventilating and Cooling (HVAC) air distribution systems at Building 1, at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California. The service shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, tools, material, equipment, and transportation as described in the solicitation by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Solicitations will not be mailed to firms within a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
