CENTER. THESE BUILDINGS CONSISITING OF MASONRY VENEER AND STEEL STUD
WITH CONCRETE AND STEEL DECK STRUCTURES REQUIRE REPLACEMENT OFC
EXISTING WINDOWS, DOORS, FINISHES, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, PLUMBING
SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
ABATEMENT, AND INCIDENTAL RELATED WORK. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING
CONSIDERED FOR 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED (SDB) CONCERNS.
INTERESTED SDB CONCERNS SHOULD, AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT NO LATER THAN
JUNE 14, 1995, INDICATE INTEREST IN THE ACQUISITION IN WRITING BY
PROVIDING THE CONTRACTING OFFICE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: A) A
POSITIVE STATEMENT AS A SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERN AS DEFINED
IN THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 19.001. B) A POSITIVE STATEMENT
OF INTENT TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. C) EVIDENE OF CAPABILITY TO PERFORM,
INCLUDING A REFERENCE FOR PRIOR CONTRACT WORK OF SIMILAR SIZE AND
COMPLEXITY AS THIS PROJECT, WITH A PERSONAL POINT OF CONTACT. D) A
LETTER FROM A BONDING COMPANY INDICIATING THEIR INTENT TO PROVIDE THE
NECESSARY BONDING, BID BOND 20% OF THE BID PRICE; PERFORMANCE BOND,
100% OF THE ORGI CONTRACT PRICE; PAYMENT BOND 50% OF THE ORIGINAL
CONTRACT PRICE. E) A BANK REFERECE WITH A POINT OF CONTACT. IF ADEQUATE
