This project includes, but is not limited to, minor construction work, site grading, erosion control, concrete wall construction and installation, concrete slab construction and replacement of top soil. Estimated cost range of the proposed acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. For informational purposes the applicable SIC code and small business size standard for this solicitation is one where the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $7 million, applicable SIC code is 2075. This project is being considered for small disadvantaged business concerns. Interested SDB concerns shall furnish no later than 15 days after this notice, eligibility (letter from SBA stating SDB firm and SIC code), bonding capacity (letter from bonding company with bonding capacity), financial statement from bank, and list of previous projects (include size, dollar value, point of contact with phone number). If interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for issuance on or about 12 Jul 95. Women-owned and small disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to submit offers. Copies of this solicitation are limited to 50 and availability is on a first come first serve basis. Concerns may review the solicitation at this address or local plan rooms if copies are no longer available. Funds are not presently available for this project. It is our intent to award a contract based upon Fiscal Year (FY) 1995 funding actions. If FY 1995 funds become available award will be made prior to 30 Sep 95.
