To be performed in the west and east portions of the basement, and for the 6th floor north wing of Building 500, Main Hospital, Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, CO. The principal feature of the project is plumbing. This project consists of installing pipe, valves and hangers to connect existing chilled water piping to the chilled water piping of a recently completed life safety project. There are no known CFC containing materials, lead based paints and/or asbestos containing materials abatement involved in this project. THIS ACQUISITION HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS. The estimated magnitude of this project is $25,000 - $100,000. The performance period is 40 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued o/a June 15, 1995 with bids due 30 days after actual issue date. Solicitations (or specifications and drawings separately) will only be issued to small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs). All requests for the solicitation shall include a statement indicating the company is an SDB. The standard industrial code for this acquisition is 1711. Bidders must also state in their requests that they are capable of complying with the small business size standard of ''not to exceed $7.0 Million in average annual gross revenue for the past three fiscal years''. Solicitations will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies are exhausted. One complete solicitation including specifications and drawings are provided free of charge; there is a non-refundable charge, however, for additional copies.
