NOTE: In order to obtain a copy of this solicitation, requestor must provide a non-refundable fee in the form of MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK, or CASHIER'S CHECK, made PAYABLE TO: U.S. TREASURER in the amount of $50.00. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, accessories, supervision, protection, services as required to replace oil fired boilers with LP gas boilers in four (4) Position Quarters, Fort Ritchie, MD. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remove useable heating fuel oil from existing systems to holding tanks; remove and properly dispose of unuseable product, fuel tanks, and associated piping, excavate and reinstall existing 1000 gallon LP gas tank; install government furnished 1000 gallon LP gas tank; provide, install, and connect two (2) new boilers to installed LP tanks; provide, install, and connect two (2) new boilers to existing LP gas supply line. Estimated amount of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract duration is maximum 90 calendar days. Requests for this project must be in writing, contain the non-refundable $50.00 fee, and must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended and Ineligible Contractors, or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
