The project in general consists of the removal of an existing rock ballasted PVC membrane atop a tapered insulation system on a steel roof deck and the re-installation of existing ballast atop a mechanically attached Hypalon type membrane on mechanically attached fiberboard over an existing tapered insulation system. Associated work consists of installation of all new roof coping system and miscellaneous work at exhaust fans, roof top units and condenser units, etc, with ductwork and electrical system modifications as required. Construction cost is estimated in range between $130,000 and $160,000. Completion is 75 calendar days from notice to proceed. Proposal Bond is required and the successful contractor must provide Performance and Payment Bonds. The solicitation package will be available on or about June 1, 1995.
