This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 116, known quantity of 155, and a maximum quantity of 271. In addition, this requirement will have range option quantities for FY 96 of 41-55, 56-79 and 80-96 each. FY 97 option quantities range from 73-98, 99-140 and 141-172 each. FY 97 option quantities will be exercised over a period of 24 months. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 150 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
