The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA plans to contract for the modification of a manual J69 test cell to obtain an automatic J69 test capability and automatic and manual test capability for the J85 jet engine. The contractor will provide hardware including specialized measurement devices and software. The contractor will also provide a calibration kit and a thrust measurement trailer. The contractor will install, calibrate and check out the system and will provide training to government personnel on its operation. The automated system must be installed by 1 Dec. 1995 at Point Mugu, and required data must be delivered by 31 Dec. 1995.
